Call for Videos: Video Festival on Beijing Plus 20
The past gatherings around the reviews of the Beijing Platform for Action have been highlighted by screenings of films produced by women’s organisations as well as those by women filmmakers. Past screenings have featured documentaries, short films, experimental and narratives. The films highlighted issues such as trafficking, migrant domestic work as well as some that tackled the broad and varied definitions of feminism.

The media working group of the Asia Pacific CSO Forum on Beijing +20 propose to continue this tradition and to have a Video Festival. You will have the chance to show short works on the 1.5 hour slot in the 3rd day of the APCSO programme.
If you are participating in the AP CSO Forum, please share your videos within the themes of the Beijing Platform for Action. APCSO Forum will only show films that are produced within the past 5 years.
If your organisation has a video you would like to share during the CSO Forum, please send
- a small clip or link to youtube or other video streaming site where it has been uploaded
- a description of the video
- details of the video production (producer, cast, language, format, availability of subtitles)
