November 25 marks the beginning of the annual 16 Days of Activism global campaign to end Gender Based Violence (GBV). Over the years, the Women’s Global Network for Reproductive Rights has mobilized activists, allies and advocates from around the world to bring awareness to the persistent and pervasive issue of GBV, including violations against the sexual and reproductive health and rights of all people.
September 28 is just around the corner! Together with members and partners, the WGNRR team has been busy getting ready for this year’s campaign activities, for which we have been receiving incredible support and commitment.
WGNRR is excited to participate at the 61st session of the Commission on the Status of Women #CSW61 that will be held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York from 13 to 24 March 2017. WGNRR and partners will be hosting, attending and participating at a couple of CSW side events and parallel events.
