Philippine SRHR NGOs Position Paper to Decriminalize Abortion

EnGendeRights, Inc., Population Services Pilipinas, Inc. (PSPI), WomanHealth Philippines, Inc., Women’s Global Network for Reproductive Rights (WGNRR), Asia Safe Abortion Partnership (ASAP) along with SRHR activists Atty. Clara Rita A. Padilla, Annette B. Visbal, Dr. Florence Macagba Tadiar, Sarah Jane Biton and Rostom Deiparine submitted a Position Paper to the Philippine Commission on Human Right in relation to the ongoing National Inquiry on Reproductive Health Rights.  The paper is entitled, “Position Paper to Decriminalize Abortion, Provide Access to Safe and Legal Abortion, and Ensure Humane, Nonjudgmental, Compassionate Post-Abortion Care”.
