Finance Officer – Africa Region

WGNRR Africa is seeking an experienced public Accountant to serve as the Finance Officer (FO). The FO will be working closely with the WGNRR Africa Regional Coordinator, the WGNRR Finance Manager and the WGNRR Executive Director to support and undertake the financial management of WGNRR Africa in the Dar-es-salaam.
The post holder will be located in the WGNRR Africa Office in Dar es Salaam. WGNRR Africa offers a competitive salary but is unable to support dependents. The post is initially for a fixed term of 12 month contract. This is a part time position of 3 days per week

Main Responsibilities:
The FO is responsible for ensuring robust financial management of WGNRR Africa, the implementation of the organisational financial protocols and will also handle administrative responsibilities. She cooperates closely with the Finance Manager at WGNRR (International) and is accountable to the Regional Coordinator.
