Philippine SRHR NGOs Position Paper to Decriminalize Abortion

Philippine SRHR NGOs submitted a Position Paper to the Philippine Commission on Human Right in relation to the ongoing National Inquiry on Reproductive Health Rights. The paper is entitled, “Position Paper to Decriminalize Abortion, Provide Access to Safe and Legal Abortion, and Ensure Humane, Nonjudgmental, Compassionate Post-Abortion Care”.

The Philippines must decriminalize abortion, provide access to safe and legal abortion, and ensure humane, nonjudgmental, compassionate post-abortion care.
